What's the flow of Delivery Guy?

I need a clear idea about the delivery guy process...

The delivery guys are pre-assigned to the restaurants by the admin.
A Restaurant can have a single or multiple delivery guys.
Once a restaurant accepts the order, a new order notification is sent to all the delivery guys assigned to that particular Restaurant.
The delivery guy who accepts the order needs to fulfill the order. (Reassigning can be done by Admin)

3. Once a restaurant accepts the order, a new order notification is sent to all the delivery guys assigned to that particular Restaurant.
We face the issue that the delivery guy gets also a notification for new order when it is self-pickup! Why?
