Admin created Item's menu categories in Store owners items edit page

As of now, when we created item's menu categories in Admin those are not visible in store owners item edit page, due to this store owner cannot edit the item unless he create new item menu categories and add to the particular item then he can edit the item.

Is there any solution to overcome it.

Ricesy Admin shouldn't create menu categories or add-ons themselves.

Admin should either login to the store owner account (Admin > Users > Store Owners > login )

Or should only allow store owners to create their own menu categories.

Because the categories and add-ons are linked to users. If admin creates it, admin becomes the owner of the category hence it won't be shown to other users.(even store owners)
