This issue occurs because you have given Invalid Latitude & Longitude while adding your location.
If Newyork is the location you’re planned to add, Then Latitude & Longitude must be like this :
40.712776 & -74.005974
You can get Latitude & Longitude from https://www.latlong.net/
Go to Modules>>Popular Geo Locations>>Add New Locations.
