Many things can be improved in the UI aspect of it, but surely slowly it will reach perfection.

Saurabh I think the chat plugin he is using is pretty good. I have opted for 7 day trial and will pass on the feedback incase the plugin is good. And moreover the plugin is using Real Time Firebase Cloud Messaging. So it can be put up in que in next major updates. However I love the work you did with Foodoma. Expecting great things from you and your team in near future.

Foodomaa will not build its own chat system.
soodomaa The chat plugin is good. In terms of message delivery time , it is instant. But what I am curious is getting a bot to do major part of customer query. Example tracking order, refund status ,etc
My concern with the support chat is that, customers tend to ask unlimited Q.

soodomaa that is true but you have to understand this that a company is strong enough when it has good and efficient customer support team. In my work experience I have worked with Giants like Amazon And Grofers who rely on customer support to deliver the best services to the customers
GitarthaChoudhury Hey you can integrate dialogue flow into your chat application it will take care of pre-built queries if it can address then it would be send to your customer support team

currently it can send message between customer- delivary , customer-store owner.
And customer- super admin.
rupak you can use support board for dialog flow .I used it on one of my business website .but charges are high in dialog flow then I stopped using it
Once stable and UI improved i will get back to him.
